                                               I.            Questions About College:
 
1.       What courses in college did you like most? Least? Why?
The Color Theory course has been my greatest pleasure since we were able to analyze each pigmentation for what they cause in humans and how to cope with them which is the starting point for an efficient and complete event  to  please the needs and desires of the clients. I can’t say that I dislike any course because they all teach me so much and help me grow not only as a professional woman, but also as a person.

2.       When did you choose your college major? Did you ever change your major? If so, why?
I chose as a profession Interior Design as it is a great complementation and amplifying of knowledge for a major in Planning and Marketing of Events.

3.       Do you feel you did the best scholastic work you are capable of?
 One always has space and opportunity to grow and to give even more than it already offered but even so I can say I am proud of my scholastic work.


                                             II.            Questions About Employers and Jobs:
 
6. What jobs have you held? Why did you leave?
Up to now, I don't have any job experience.

7. What percentage of your college expenses did you earn? How?
My scholarship paid all my expenses.

8. Why did you choose your particular field of work?
I chose this particular field of work because it is an opportunity to exchange and gain different cultural and personal knowledge which makes the job more remarkable and fascinating. Each event provides an enriching experience for both the customer and employees who create and execute the desired concept.

9. What are the disadvantages of your chosen field?
I would say that the primary disadvantage in this profession is that the customers of today don’t want to pay what it really involves making an event worthy and that meets all their expectations.
Also like every job there is a risk of situations beyond our control that forces us to improvise. These are situations that can be resolved for the satisfaction and wishes of the costumer and the company.

10. Have you served in the military? What rank did you achieve? What jobs did you perform?
No, I haven't served in the military.

11. What do you think about how this industry operates today?
It is a growing industry with immense potential of which I am proud to be part of.

12. Why do you think you would like this particular type of job?
Because it is my passion to create and channel the needs of customers in a creative way which allows  me to “travel in time” and obtain  knowledge of many cultures.  


                      III.  Questions About Work Experiences and Expectations:
 
13. Do you prefer to work in any specific geographic location? If so, why?

No because it wont allow me to exchange cultural knowledge that in this job is one of the things that makes it so exciting.
 
 
14. What motivates you? Why? 
Acquiring more knowledge that motivates me to grow as a person and fight for a better future and economic stability for me and my family.

15. What do you think determines a person’s progress in a good organization?
Personal skills, discipline, decision making, skills and willingness to be proactive are key to an individual's success in any organization.

16. Describe an experience in which you learned from one of your mistakes.
I tend to be very controlling and sometimes I don't give the opportunity to other employees to solve whatever is wrong in their responsibilities and I look for the quick and best solution, taking more responsibility than I incumbent for the satisfaction of the customer and a great work worthy of the company.
 

17. Why do you want this job?
I would love to be part of your company because it poses all the qualities that will allow me to learn more and expand my capabilities into new areas. Also, I will be able to continue building  my skills and continue to develop in a growing company. There seems to be long-term opportunities here.

18. What have you done that shows initiative and willingness to work?
I have taken several Internships in high qualified companies like Zissiling Ideas and at Marriot Hotel to gain more experience in this business.


19. Why should I hire you?
Because I am a very passionate person that takes a job very seriously. I also have excellent personal and communication skills. I can offer a high level of productivity to all tasks assigned.

                                           IV.            Questions About Work Habits:
 
20. Do you prefer working with others or by yourself?
I enjoy working with other which allows me to benefit from all great ideas and knowledge that  other people can offer me.

21. What type of boss do you prefer?
I prefer the type of boss that can allow me to grow in this industry and don’t take for granted all the excellent work that we as employees do.

22. Have you ever had any difficult getting along with colleagues or
supervisors? With instructors? With other students?
No I haven't.

23. What would you do if you were given an unrealistic deadline for a task or project?
I would analyze and try all possible options. If still I can’t fulfill the expectations of the project, I  would  immediately report it to my superior.

24. How do you feel about overtime work?
I am fully aware that this job requires more of my time and I agree to provide it when necessary.

25. How do you handle stress or pressure on the job?
I am very good overcoming the pressure and stress that this job entails.I try to keep a order in my duties and responsibilities to do a good job and not be stressed.
